These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CCP Academy website, courses, live classes, and related services. By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Course prices are displayed on each course page in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Your enrollment is activated once payment is confirmed. Prices and course content may change, but changes will not affect enrollments already purchased.
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hr@ccpromoters.com from your registered email address. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same course).
When you enroll, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own learning. You may not record, download (except where a download option is provided), copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course videos, materials, or test content. Doing so may result in termination of your account without refund.
Live class schedules may occasionally change due to instructor availability or maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes and provide recordings or alternative sessions where possible.
Certificates of completion are issued by CCP Academy for eligible courses when the stated completion criteria are met. CCP Academy certificates are our own credentials; vendor certifications (such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA exams) are administered separately by those vendors, and their exam fees are not included unless stated.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other students, uploading malicious content, or using the platform for any unlawful activity.
Our courses are provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, exam results, or salaries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCP Academy's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time; refunds outside the 7-day guarantee window are not provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
